All candidates seeking employment are required to complete an employment application and a multistep interview process with our Management Team. The following list contains most of the information and conditions a qualified candidate must meet as part of the application process:
- No Felony convictions
- No Class A Misdemeanor convictions
- No Class B Misdemeanor convictions (in the past 5 years)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must pass preliminary drug test
- Must consent to a random drug testing program while employed by Paladin
- Possess a valid Social Security Card and complete an I9 Form
- Must consent to a background investigation (10 years)
- Capable of performing job functions that are physically demanding
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED
- Former military personnel must provide a DD214
- Must complete all Paladin Training Modules
- Must possess or be eligible to be licensed by the Texas DPS Private Security Bureau
- Must speak, read and write English fluently
- Provide several personal references
- Provide previous employment history (last 5 years)
- Must show a stable job residence history (last 5 years)
